1. Eligibility

1.1 Must be 18 years or older (or have a guardian co-sign).

1.2 Aadhar or other ID verification required.

1.3 Service available only in [Country/Region].

2. Rental Agreement

2.1 Rental begins when equipment is delivered and ends when returned or picked up.

2.2 Non-refundable rental fees, unless specified otherwise.

2.3 Fees based on console type and rental duration.

3. Security Deposit

3.1 Security deposit required at rental time.

3.2 Refundable upon safe return of equipment in good condition.

3.3 Deposit may be withheld for damages or late returns.

4. Equipment Use

4.1 For personal use only, not commercial.

4.2 Customer must handle equipment with care and return it in good condition.

4.3 Customer responsible for damage, loss, or theft.

5. Maintenance and Support

5.1 Console Kit provides functional equipment at time of rental.

5.2 Report malfunctions immediately for repair or replacement (if not customer-caused).

6. Late Return / Non-Return

6.1 Late fees will be charged for returns past due date.

6.2 Failure to return equipment within [X] days results in full replacement charge.

6.3 Legal action may be taken for non-return.

7. Lost or Damaged Equipment

7.1 Customer is responsible for damage or loss (including theft).

7.2 Full replacement cost applies for lost or damaged equipment.

7.3 Report theft immediately and file a police report if required.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

8.1 Cancel 24 hours before delivery for a full refund.

8.2 No refunds for early returns or cancellations after rental start.

8.3 Refunds for defective equipment or non-functioning consoles at delivery.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

9.1 Personal data is handled per data protection laws.

9.2 Data used only for processing rentals and communications.

10. Indemnity and Liability

10.1 Customer agrees to indemnify Console Kit against any claims, losses, or damages.

10.2 Console Kit is not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses caused by the rented equipment.

11. Governing Law

11.1 Rental terms governed by the laws of [Country/Region].

11.2 Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or mediation.

12. Modifications to Terms

12.1 Console Kit reserves the right to update terms.

12.2 Continued use of services implies acceptance of updated terms.
